upcoming EPA fuel economy standards

Hello, everyone.
I came across an article outlining the proposed fuel economy standards to apply to trucking from 2021 to 2027.
The article is admittedly biased in favor of the new regs, but you have to wonder what this will do to truck sales and how repair will be affected.
